I’m most comfortable in the kitchen. My cooking skills are excellent and have always been. I have catered for well over 20 years, I’ve been hired to create recipes for companies, I have done white label recipe creation, consulted with new restaurant owners on menus pertaining to clean, healthy, organic recipes. I’ve dabbled in organic food brokering within restaurants and markets. I teach classes on paleo, vegan, low carb, low sugar, and fermentation of food and drinks. I offer private chef work for clients focused on food, clean eating, health, and body healing and who understands it alll goes hand and hand.

I utilize herbs, spices, and nutrition understanding in my food practices. I teach people how to use magick in the kitchen, home and yard through cooking, herbs, essential oils, gardening, spiritual cleansing, ancestors work, spell work, candle magick and other modalities.
