Tuna Salad Nicoise
This beautiful salad was such fun to make and my visiting family was very impressed! The photo does not show the grilled tuna, but it was part of the salad. The tuna was fresh from the ocean, line caught and moist and tender. Most of the salad ingredients came from my garden or the local area farmers market. I strive to eat on a local level, staying out of the box grocery stores if possible and supporting local food producers. The eggs are from my local, “egg lady”. Everyone should have a local egg lady!
